General
Tournament: from the 3rd to the 8th of January 2017.
Day 3, one round, at 4:30 p.m. Days 4, 5 and 7, two rounds per day: 10:00
a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Day 6, one round at 4:30 p.m. Day 8, one round at 10:00 a.m.
U 2150 Tournament: from the 6th to the 8th
of January 2017. Day 6, two rounds:
3:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Day 7, 3
rounds: 9:00 a.m.; 12:15 and 5:00 p.m. Day
8, two rounds: 9:00 a.m. and 12.15 p.m.

SYSTEM. BYES. TIME CONTROL
|
|
Swiss System, General
Tournament, 9 rounds; U2150 Tournament, 7 rounds.
Byes: General Tournament: limit 3 byes, for the first 5 rounds. U 2150 Tournament: limit 2 byes,
for the first 4 rounds. Look at the complete rules regarding the strict conditions
of application and cancellation. Time
control: General Tournament: 90 minutes with an addition of 30 seconds
per move.
U2150
Tournament: 60 minutes with an addition of 30 seconds per move

DELAY TOLERANCE
|
|
A maximum delay of 30 minutes is
allowed, except in the 1st round -45 minutes-.
|
|
SPECIAL RULE ABOUT
DRAW OFFER
|
|
Draws cannot be agreed to before
one of both players does twelve moves consisting in captures or pawn moves. Otherwise, the agreement will be subject to
the consent of the referee (look at the complete rules).
|
|
REGISTRATION. FEES
|
|
Admission: Right of
admission reserved. The participation in just one of both tournaments is
allowed.
Foreign players must have a FIDE code (ID)
before the tournament; the Spanish one must be federated under the Federation
imperative.
Restriction: In the U 2150 only players who don’t exceed 2150 in any Elo list applicable in 2016
or at the beginning of the tournament (the player have to check it) can
participate, limit 128 players according to the fee’s payment order. In case
of players “out of Elo list”, this
restriction include their last known Elo.
Applicable rating lists: Elo FIDE
or FADA (Andalusia); and if someone doesn’t have any Elo in any already mentioned list, the one of his national or
regional Federation will be adopted.
Tournament’s
change: until the
deadline, the cancelation of the registration in a tournament, in order to
register in another one, is accepted as soon as the fee’s difference is payed.
Over the deadline, it’s possible to
ask for unsubscribe in the General
Tournament and to be
registered in U2150 at the same
time, but only before the publication of the 3rd round pairings of
the General Tournament and if it doesn’t increase the number of rounds in the
U2150 and if
the entirety fee of both tournaments is payed.
Registration deadlines: limit 31th
of December 2016. The Organisation can accept posterior registrations.
Fee: The player
will transfer it to c/c ES72 2103 5750 140300028438, clearly indicating his name and firstname,
year of birth, his country or province and his ID FIDE, if he knows it.
Fee amount:
·
Members of Club de Ajedrez Roquetas, exempt;
·
players from the province, 35 € for the General
Tournament and 25 € for the U2150 Tournament;
·
People taking the suggested offer regarding the
Hotel Accomodation (you should book accommodation in the same email
registration, not taking into account the booking or staying outside the
Organization) (mínimum two nights), 30 € for the General Tournament and 20 € for
the U2150 Tournament;
·
All other players, 45 € for the General Tournament
and 35 € for the U2150 Tournament.
Fee’s
exemptions: the fee will be repay to players who haven’t been disqualified and have more than 2300 Elo FIDE. The
Organisation will be able to give in a dicretionary manner fee’s exemptions or
discount to groups of players with promotion proposals.
